Ecoline – wood-fired oven for any type of use, such as 1 or 2 pizzas of 25 cm in one batch. The oven dome made entirely of stainless steel allows very high temperatures to be reached in a short time and with little wood.

Insulated with ceramic fiber, this wood-burning oven maintains heat and heats up in less than 20 minutes. This oven e is an excellent alternative to the 500 kg wood-fired oven and it’s performance is extraordinary.

It has very useful side shelves in stainless steel to allow roasting dishes, ingredients, dishes or more.
